A steady daily rhythm
Record pain, symptoms, medicine, possible triggers, and notes in morning, noon, and evening slots.
Migraine diary / Private by design
Keep pain intensity, location, weather, pressure, and optional Health data on one timeline. A quiet diary for noticing your own changes—not a diagnostic tool.
Observe, not judge
Pair a 0–10 rating with plain-language impact, then view symptoms and environmental changes on the same timeline.
Record pain, symptoms, medicine, possible triggers, and notes in morning, noon, and evening slots.
Place different pain sensations on front, side, and back head views, then review weekly or monthly overlap.
The Today screen shows today's and tomorrow's weather and pressure changes alongside up to seven weather-similar entries from the previous year, their recorded pain average, and medication counts. Explore weather through the same weekday next week, typhoon information, and pressure trends.
Optionally read sleep, steps, and resting heart rate, and sync headache severity to Apple Health.
The Home Screen app icon follows the higher past-record pain average shown for today or tomorrow. The value is rounded to the nearest whole number and grouped into 0–2, 3–5, 6–7, or 8–10. For example, 2.8 selects the moderate icon.
The icon updates after weather data is loaded or refreshed. Days with no similar records are excluded; if neither day has an average, the current icon is kept. It does not update automatically while the app is closed. This represents past diary records, not a prediction of future pain.
A gentle rhythm
Optional local reminders are scheduled for 8:00, 12:00, and 19:00 and can be turned off at any time. Free use includes one new entry per day; an optional rewarded ad grants three more, while supporter members have ad-free unlimited entries.
Privacy first
No account is required. Diary entries and captured snapshots are stored on your device. Entered content is never sent to Analytics or advertising, and HealthKit data is never used for advertising.
Read the policySymptoms, maps, medicine, notes, and captured weather, pressure, and Health snapshots are stored locally.
With permission, the app uses MET Norway for future forecasts and the nearest JMA AMeDAS station for past observations.
After the daily free entry is used, a non-personalized rewarded video loads only when you choose it and grants three additional entries when completed. Ads are never inserted automatically, and the app does not use ATT or IDFA.
Usage sharing is off by default and starts only if you turn on “Share Usage Data” in Settings. The app then measures basic statistics such as launches and engagement time, an App Instance ID, StoreKit purchase and subscription events (such as product ID, name, and price), and how often Calendar and Forecast are opened. Analytics data is shared with Google for service improvement, benchmarking, technical support, and account-specialist support. Entered content, diary actions, and payment-card details are never measured.
This static support site uses no Firebase Analytics, cookies, or contact forms.
Future forecasts come from MET Norway; observations, weather charts, and typhoon information come from the Japan Meteorological Agency.
